Legendary Sphinx Tile
Each tile is entirely handmade and hand-painted (by me) using natural materials, and is therefore unique. For this one I used red stoneware clay, I decorated with white slip, glaze and oxides.
Dimensions: 9cm x 9cm
Please note that with all handmade work there will be variations in shape, colour, thickness, etc, all part of the handmade nature of the piece and in my opinion add character and charm.
The tiles can be hung on the wall as a miniature piece of art with these disc plate hangers …
